OFSY Collaborator module enables directors, management and employees to have easy interaction and access to information. Its various communication tools like Email Messaging, Document Management, Action, Scheduler, Forums and ComOFSY Chat facilitate easy internal and external communication. The collaborator thus opens up greater communication avenues for your organization and empowers users to perform their duties better, irrespective of time and geographical locations.
Profiles
This feature helps you to identify the profile of the sender. Once identified, it allows you to perform multiple actions on the sender (within your access rights).
Actions:
When you Compose a message this feature allows you to specify actions to the recipient of the message. Both system-generated as well as manual Alerts or Actions like `Call back' `Will call back' etc. can be selected from a convenient drop down box, and can be accompanied with additional information like the date, time and your contact number.Also provision has been provided to repeat or remind the action to the recipient on a specific day or on daily basis.
Search:
The search option is an indispensable tool for users of OFSY as it enables a fuzzy search of your contacts on various parameters such as First Name, Last Name, Company Name etc.
Calendar and Scheduler:
An integrated calendar and scheduler will help you to plan your appointments and organise your day.
Messages:
This will help you in features like compose , history, outbox, inbox etc. This will be your communication arm which handles all your mails.
Forums:
Post a topic that requires views and suggestions from various members of your organisation. Authorized users can reply to this topic and it can be best described as an arena for discussions.
Reports:
Retrieve details of all messages, actions and schedules carried out earlier for easy reference. Various search parameters will ease your job of retrieving information at convenience.

An integrated Chat module allows for instant chat sessions between authorized users of OFSY irrespective of location constraints. The chat feature allows for real time communication between authorized users of OFSY. It is an excellent vehicle for inter and intra office communications. It has a Broadcast feature wherein messages can be sent to all users logged in, which comes in handy during online meetings. This module also acts as a reminder for new mails coming in to the Inbox. It boasts of a Whiteboard option, a real time design tool embedded in ComOFSY to discuss design or a file across the network. It comes with a variety of tools like draw shape tools, color palette, text inputs.
